We process all our payments using Paypal, so you are assured of absolute security. We accept all common credit cards and have direct deposit available also. The direct deposit details are made available to you when checking out with your items.

As much as we can, we standby the product that we offer for sale from the Lawn Bowls Shop.
However much as we would like, not always are things perfect for your enjoyment and we believe strongly in doing the correct thing by our valued customers. The way in which our system works is that your order is activated upon us receiving Cleared funds whether that be via Paypal or through Direct deposit.
Once this occurs your order is then sent to our warehouse for packaging and then for dispatch. The time frame for this depends upon the number of orders in the system but is usually within two working days of the order being activated. Delivery times will then be dependent on your location and can take between 2 to 6 working days. Please be aware that we most cases send via registered post or courier and while this gives us some ability to track items we are not in the position to ensure they deliver the goods. Please contact us about an insurance cost to protect your purchase.
If you find when you receive your purchase that something is not right with the product then immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with what your concerns are, and your contact details such as e-mail address and daytime telephone number so we can reply to you as soon as possible.
Any damaged goods under the manufactures warranty, will be fully refunded or exchanged as soon as we have given you an address to return to us at our cost. We standby all of our great Australian manufactures their warranties and their product just remember that you can insure the item if you wish.
Sometimes you will find that what you have ordered doesn’t fit, was not quite what you wanted or you are disappointed in your purchase. Don’t worry we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you.
Things you need to know about exchanges
This can occur from time to time as some product is sourced from overseas and delays can happen. This is unfortunate and we will do our best to give you the customer other options at the time of ordering. If the goods are not available within a reasonable amount of time which could mean a few weeks for a locally sourced products or a couple of months for a products from overseas we will then give you the customer an option of a refund. At any time you can convert what you have as a store credit and use to arrange payment on another item.
Unfortunately we have a non refund policy in this area for change of mind but we are more than happy to offer you the chance to reassess the size or simply wish to send back to us. You will need to inform us at email@example.com what you wish to do where we will give you a postal address to send back to us. You will have to ensure that the product is in its original packaging and has not have been used or worn and the postage return for both ways will be born by the purchaser.
